Environmental Assessment
We perform Phase I and Phase II site assessments for real estate transactions. Our Phase I Environmental Assessments follow standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials Standard Practices and Environmental Protection Agency's All Appropriate Inquiries rule.
Site Investigation
Our services include soil and groundwater sampling for the purposes of site characterization and remedial investigation. We implement investigations to assess impacts from a wide variety of chemical constituents, including volatile organic compounds, petroleum hydrocarbons, polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, metals, pesticides, and polychlorinated biphenyls. Our experience includes utilizing tools such as Membrane Interface Probe for subsurface investigation.
Vapor Intrusion Assessment
We perform soil vapor and indoor air sampling following established regulatory standards and guidelines.
Soil and Groundwater Remediation
Our services include remedial systems design and implementation, design specifications and bid package preparation, construction management, and treatment system operation and maintenance. We have experience with implementing a wide variety of remedial technologies, including soil excavation and disposal, in-situ soil treatment, soil vapor extraction, ex-situ groundwater treatment, and in-situ groundwater treatment using enhanced reductive dechlorination and chemical oxidation.
Regulatory Compliance and Permitting
Our services include preparing environmental permit applications and acquiring permits, preparing facility decontamination plans and implementing facility closure, and developing hazardous waste management plans.
